The Lady Niguma Level 1 Master Certification course is designed to help students of all levels develop a deep understanding of Lady Niguma yoga.

The course is the second of three that make up Lady Niguma’s Level 1 system. By completing these courses you will develop rich understanding of yoga and qualify to register as a Yoga Alliance certified RYT200 teacher.
